Responsibilities

Responsible for creating & maintaining relationship with customers

Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing quick services

Responsible for updating customer about his purchased products

Responsible for pitching customer for new products and / or coverage that needs to be increased

Responsible for client meet & client engagement
