Production support of Oracle RMB is a key application for billing and partner payments on a daily and monthly basis
How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
Develop an in-depth understanding of Worldpay financial processing and develop trusted partnership with Billing Operations and stakeholders within Line-of-Business. Support of Oracle RMB to meet or exceed all operational metrics (OLAs and SLAs), as defined. Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of advanced technical issues and work cross-organizationally (Development, Database, Server team, Platform and Product) along with other system application teams to resolve stability, performance or serviceability of Oracle RMB. Interact with End Users to address issues in a timely manner.
What will make you the ideal candidate?
3 years of experience with Oracle RMB; Proven ability to troubleshoot application issues in a complex production environment; Candidate should have understanding of business financial flows (month end billing, GL, merchant/partner payments, payment calculations, reporting and residual; you should be able to collaborate with other IT teams.
Oracle EBS experience
Basic SQL knowledge
Agile experience
ITIL proficiency
Agile/SAFe proficiency
