• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodology is a plus.
• Should be proactive while reacting to the surprises and should have written explanations for the same.
• Ensure that the Team is working as per the listed procedures, Lead should conduct FIR- Process check master.
• Should work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing the waste on the other end.
• Should inspire all the other team members, a Lead who is looked upon by all the members.
• Should be flexible enough and be adaptable to the changing and varied work settings.
• Should carefully analyse the details of all the work.
• Will be the interface between the team and the management.
• Excellent written & Verbal communication.
• Take up the responsibility of the entire Project.
• Experience with large scale software development and good understanding of different software architecting, design and development methodologies
• Design database architecture
• Proficiency in Customer Requirement elicitation and analysis
• Proficiency in designing, development environment, debugging tools
• Conducting unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
• Identifying risk and conducting mitigation action planning.
• Experience in Project Management and Configuration control tools
• Reviewing the work of other developers and providing feedback.
• Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality.
• Sound knowledge of estimation techniques.
• Exposure to CMM practices shall be added advantage
• Ability to understand existing software product code
• Good team leader qualities
• Proven Problem-solving abilities
