Job Summary
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space. Prospect for potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide customized digital marketing solutions, and ensure high client satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored digital marketing strategies to clients. Clearly communicate the value proposition, benefits, and ROI of our services. Address client concerns, objections, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify market gaps, potential target segments, and competitive advantages. Use market insights to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral. Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure seamless project handover and successful implementation.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to management. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network. Represent the company and promote our digital marketing services. Actively participate in industry forums and engage in thought leadership activities.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales/business development, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and continuously learn and improve.
