Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Telecalling:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services.

Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver compelling and tailored sales pitches to encourage customers to choose our travel packages.

Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and services to potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services and upgrades.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.

Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market dynamics.

Documentation and Follow-up:

Assist customers with the booking process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge or interest in travel destinations and tourism.

Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
