Job Summary
Desired Candidate Profile -
- 1 year + experience in international Travel Process.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of handling customer queries.
- GDS experience is must
Handling Customer Queries from US Customers related to new reservations, cancellations, exchanges etc . Follow ups with customers and clients for existing reservations. Meeting monthly performance metrics Up selling - seats/ extra baggage space, hotel/ car services/ travel insurance etc
