• Relevant Airline Travel Sales & Customer Service experience mandatory & open to work in full time Outbound set up
• Must have experience of working on Card Decline & Retention.
• Must be sales oriented & flexible to work as per process requirements. With excellent communication & comprehension skills
• Must have knowledge of how to make new reservations, cancellations . And knowledge about policies & procedures related to it.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

Sabre knowledge is mandatory.

B2C experience is Mandatory.

Candidate with International Travel experience - US & Uk process experience only.
