To search and collect the data from internet for prospective clients
To make phone calls to prospective clients and elaborate our product range. Also send them our company profile whenever required through email.
To arrange the meetings for sales executives for such prospective clients. To share details of prospective customer to sales executive. Also confirm the scheduled meeting at the beginning of the day.
To arrange samples for clients for testing at client s end
To prepare and send the quotation to clients
To follow up the prospective clients for sales order
To send the purchase orders received from clients to dispatch dept for processing
To coordinate with dispatch dept for dispatch and delivery of the order
To maintain the relations with clients through regular phone calls
To get the repeat sales form new customers
