Project Coordinator Job in Xenonstack

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to work closely with different teams to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and time frames for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. You will also act as a Scrum Master. Scrum master responsibilities include facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information

• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes

• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

• Analyze risks and opportunities

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

• Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

• Arranged daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo and decision-making processes in order to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum.

• Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum, which really works.

• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.

• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.

• Knowledge of Jira or any other project management tool is required

Requirements

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills

• A degree in IT / Computer Science

• MBA or any equivalent degree will be an advantage
