Job Summary
- Exceptional English (written and verbal)

- Ability to map and document complex business processes and services including performance/KPIs and volumetrics
- Understand business and stakeholder requirements through common requirement elicitation techniques.
- Make sure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by identifying the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture
- Challenge constructively to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose
- Liaise with technical experts to identify and select appropriate technical solutions based on a deep understanding of requirements
- Support Business Relationship managers to form the technology roadmap, using evidence and data to drive prioritisation and scope
- Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Managers to support the product release and sprints.
- Ensure clients requirements are fully understood by working with our clients to support delivery through planning, implementation and testing
- Motivate and mentor the team to encourage innovative ways of working including line management
- Continuous assessment of work in progress and processes to ensure that any gaps are identified and the team is always working effectively and efficiently using a standard approach
- Carry out functional testing of completed user stories, ensuring services meet requirements and other internal standards, documenting and managing defects as they arise
- Maintaining project plan and risk logs
