We are hiring for multiple Business Analyst Exceptional English (written and verbal) Willing to travel abroad Healthcare Experience Ability to map and document complex business processes and services including performance/KPIs and volumetrics Understand business and stakeholder requirements through common requirement elicitation techniques. Make sure outcomes are aligned with service vision and business strategy by identifying the link between current and future business models and delivering to the business architecture Challenge constructively to achieve solutions that are fit for purpose Liaise with technical experts to identify and select appropriate technical solutions based on a deep understanding of requirements Support Business Relationship managers to form the technology roadmap, using evidence and data to drive prioritisation and scope Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Subject Matter Experts and Delivery Managers to support the product release and sprints. Ensure clients requirements are fully understood by working with our clients to support delivery through planning, implementation and testing Motivate and mentor the team to encourage innovative ways of working including line management Continuous assessment of work in progress and processes to ensure that any gaps are identified and the team is always working effectively and efficiently using a standard approach Carry out functional testing of completed user stories, ensuring services meet requirements and other internal standards, documenting and managing defects as they arise Maintaining project plan and risk logs
