Job Summary
- Owning the outcomes of and managing the day to day delivery of activities
- Line management of project members
- Resource planning, work assignment, and progress tracking ensuring the project is delivered on time and of the required standard
- Working with the team to provide customer with proper work/requirement estimates
- Ensure project adherence to company design and development processes
- Reporting project status to key stakeholders and daily/weekly basis
- Supporting project team members ensuring all impediments and blockages are removed
- Managing daily scrums and stand-ups
- Maintaining a delivery risk register
- Arranging for deployments, releases and analyze delivery feedbacks and turn into strategical decisions for future developments
- Conduct retrospective meetings and identify the corrective action taken to prevent recurrence of the problem and document accordingly
- Building project timelines, setting milestones, Work break down structure, task assignments, creating project dashboards for continues monitoring of the project, managing change request and controlling project budgets
- Track all the project deliverables, monitor quality and reduce number of reworks
- Managing and ensuring that all potential risks/issues are properly communicated to all stake holders with a resolution plan
- Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, deployment dates are met and in case of any variance all stake holders should be informed with the relevant reasons for the same
