- Position: Application Support Engineer
- Job Shift: Day/Mid/Night
- Experience: Minimum 1 Year

- Job Location: Navi Mumbai
- Salary Range: 3,00,000 6,00,000 p.a
- Provide first level Technical Support to the clients in the USA.
- Troubleshoot application login, user profile set up and software related issues.
- Troubleshoot issues/queries raised by operational teams related to application.
- Manage issue resolution by providing solution from a remote location or by accessing the user s desktop.
- Record escalation from employees and notify Development and QC team for required changes in application.
- RCA documentation and Issue resolution documentation.
