KeySkills

MandatorySkills:

  • Should have 6 to 9 years of experience in IT Industry
  • Should have 5 years of development experience in Microservices, API, and Messaging Layer (TIBCO)
  • Knowledge of Java, Mainframe, SQL, and PL/SQL programming
  • Experience in Agile Development
  • Usage of standard development and CI/CD tools and packages

Technical/ Functional Proficiency:

  • Demonstrated excellent software development skills and experience in Cards Customer Operations areas
  • Developing customer facing Scalable APIs, building Microservices, significant understanding of Microservice patterns, concepts and its application in problem solving
  • Implementing API Service architecture using any of the market leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
  • Experience with messaging products WebSphere MQ, TIBCO EMS or any JMS Server
  • Working knowledge of Java, Spring and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security is preferred
  • Good experience in implementation of the technologies including Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Hibernate, JPA, and App Server
  • Working on JMS/ MQ applications and multiple OS (UNIX, Linux, MS Windows)
  • Good database experience (DB2/ Oracle/ SQL)
  • Mainframe, Vision Plus knowledge is preferable

Leadership Skills:

  • Good understanding of the credit card industry.
  • Flexible to work across different time-zones supporting stakeholders across LATAM, EMEA and ASPAC regions
  • Strong customer service focuses with the ability to communicate with highly technical management teams
  • Managing time and changing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to provide quick turnaround to software issues and management requests
  • Ability to assimilate key issues and concepts and come up to speed quickly

  • Early/ immediate joiners are welcome
  • Interacted with development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS platforms

  • Dependable and resourceful software professional who can comfortably work in a large development team in a globally distributed, dynamic work environment that fosters diversity, teamwork and collaboration
