Experience & Eligibility:
Full-time graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related streams
Knowledge of enterprise procurement systems, AV device configuration, IT asset data management
Relevant experience of 5 years managing AV infrastructure, at least 3 years in AV Design and Deployment roles
Thorough understanding of enterprise AV system / service offerings from Cisco, BlueJeans, Crestron, Biamp, etc.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, supporting global time zones
Operational understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure
Experience of working in a multi-national, matrix organization structure preferred
Experience of CUCM, Ariba and ServiceNow platforms preferred
Knowledge of ITIL framework preferred
