Minimum 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager
Must have experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives
Prior development experience
Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
Proven Strong project management skill
Highly organized and ability to navigate fast-paced and rapidly evolving environments
Hands on experience with JIRA, MS Office, MS Project and Project Planning tools
SDLC Knowledge
Good organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail
Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
PMP Certified

Good to have -
Agile, SCRUM, Lean Certification
Data warehousing project experience
Hadoop ecosystem project experience
Key Responsibilities -
This role will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of requests ensuring appropriate level of urgency is given.
Work closely with technical team, monitor tasks and project progress and handle issues.
Manage daily SCRUM meetings.
Develop, implement, and review methods to assess quality and efficiency of work performed by team, including metrics, internal process improvement, Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions
Provide delivery of projects on time and quality service.
Responsible for allocating and handling the tasks properly so as to ensure optimum workforce utilization.
People management - Interacting effectively with employees and prioritizing meetings.
Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the projects as per schedule, ensuring timely completion and delivery of the projects.
Perform as an agile thought-leader, constantly improving how we deliver, championing a positive culture and fostering agile frameworks.
Risk and issue management, change management, communications and stakeholder management
Recommend course of action regarding project issues/concerns, implement mitigation plans, then escalate risks and issues to senior IT management as necessary
Work with financial stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within financial and regulatory guidelines
Support other groups as needed in production of Business Case
