Job Summary
Job Description:
- To ensure timely corrective and preventive action to resolve the customer complaints
- To train customers on the usage of our software products
- Giving detailed information about the product & services
- Maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintaining customers profiles and follow up with customers
Our Requirements:
- Candidate should be fluent in Spoken English and should be willing to learn, should understand customer service basics, should be a good listener and soft spoken.
- Experienced /Fresher /Graduate/Undergraduat withexcellent oral and written communication skills can apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable to work in 24/7 environment.
- Should be customer oriented and should have strong convincing power
- Basic Computer Skills and should have good typing speed
- Stable & mature
- Ability to interpret and handle complex enquiries
