Job Description: The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Responsibility :- Direct all operational aspects including Repair Services, Customer Service, Administration and Sales. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Develop ,forecasts financial objectives and business plans. Bring out the best of branch s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation. Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. Maintain & improve customer service TAT through advance manpower planning & inventory availability in the branch. Handle customer escalations & closure in defined TAT. Preparing & sharing business MIS report as per management requirement Other requirements: Educational Qualification:- Graduate/MBA with 4 to 8 yrs of experience in handling branch operational activities(Sales, Service). Team handling experience is must. Preferably from mobile industry background.
