What you should have?

• Deeply experienced in planning, architecting and implementing enterprise-grade solutions and migration strategies (on-premises, Cloud and Hybrid) for WorldWide customers & partners and driven to help customers succeed in their cloud strategies and implementations using industry best practices across public and private cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP, VMWare, Hyper-V).
• Should have strong experience with cross-team collaboration and leading teams to be effective and self-sufficient.
• Must have experience with Terraform, Kubernetes (K8, GKE, AKS, Amazon EKS), Docker, Ansible, Chef.
• Must have experiencewith Architecting Network Solutions on the Hybrid Cloud and IoT solutions.
• Must have experience with architecting solutions for Server Migration, Application Migration, and Data Migration.
• Hands-on experience of Microservices, Containerization, Docker Components and Orchestration using Swarm/Kubernetes, Architecting Scalable Workloads using Microservices
• Must have experienced with Centralized Solutions on IAM, PAM, Security & Governance, and Implementing Monitoring Dashboards with OpenSource technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Identifying operational inefficiencies and creating automated solutions to save manual hours.
• Strong experience in architecting and automating solutions for AD, Exchange, Windows, VMware.
• Strong Experience with Orchestration, Observability, and Automation of Enterprise-level private Kubernetes and RedHat Openshift cloud-platforms.
• Strong Experience in Openshift Cluster Configuration & monitoring. Containerized Application
• Support, Deployment & Operation.
• Strong Experience with Architecture & Design aspects of Openshift/Applications/HA.
• Experienced in design, deployment, and management of docker-based Monitoring and Logging stacks to achieve platform-wide visibility.
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to adapt to new technologies and lead projects in multiple stages of execution.
• Ability to work with newer technologies like Artificial Intelligence, RPA, etc

What you will do?

• Reduce operational & management costs for mission-critical applications by managing, optimizing, and scaling services using innovative automation techniques.
• Interacts with stakeholders and has the executive presence to influence direction, sell ideas, roadmaps, and approaches.
• Facilitates and drives the analysis, design, and architectural definition of innovative solutions to address business and user experience requirements.
• Coordinating vendor engagement, assessment, and selection.
• Consults with business leaders and business representatives to ensure understanding of the business
• Manages end to end delivery of projects including hands-on involvement in architecture and design
• phases
• Enforces standards, procedures, and methodologies for architecture through the evaluation and adoption lifecycle requirements and future strategic direction of the business/function
• Defines cloud hosting strategy and roadmaps
• Guides the development of standards and ensures the alignment of strategic initiatives with other major initiatives like Security and Technology Shared Services.
