Consultant- Sap Sucessfactors - Ec Job in Yash Technologies

Our SAP service line is currently looking for industry-leading SAP SuccessFactors professionals with hands-on experience on Employee Central(EC). Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

• The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central ( EC)Core, Time Off, Timesheet and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools.
• Minimum 3 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits.
• Candidate should have basic knowledge of EC Payroll.
• Good to haveminimum knowledge in additional two SF modules.
• Strong experience in leading a team for the EC implementation project.
• Good domain experience in the required field would be an added advantage.
• Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to a pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery, and support.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Masters Degree inHuman Resources or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
