Your Role!

What you should Have?

• 5+ Years of QAD, with Mfg/Pro and EE Experience,
• Handling client tickets/ Escalations based on priority/ severity (All DBA routine activity of Production/ DR Environment and it will be part of the job role.)
• Managing the core QAD DBA activities
• Handling the Global On-Demand AMS Customers(65 Customers) on the technical side like Mfg/ Pro Manager Functions, Progress DBA, QAD BI, QAD NetUI, QXTEND, QAD EAM, QPS related any technical issue.
• Providing the solutions for all Standard Mfg/ Pro Manager Functions, Progress/ Oracle DBA, QAD BI-related any technical issues.
• Preparing the High-Level Technical specification (HLTS) document.
• QAD NetUI Uplift Implementation(Older version of Mfg/ Pro to access the NetUI Client).
• Experience of managing AMS Projects
• Preferable to have knowledge on DBA, EDI, Boomi Middleware
• Willingness to work in any project shifts, and travel within India and overseas for project assignments
• Ability to analyze functional and technical needs and identify gaps and alternative solutions relative to an existing design.
• Good project management skills, operating as part of a team organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
• Exposure to Enterprise Business Solutions is preferred but not mandatory.
• Confident, articulate, and able to interact with Senior Management professionals
• Empathic listener, persuasive speaker, excellent presenter, and negotiator
• Aggressive and Competitive;
• Bachelors degree in Finance from an accredited college or university
