Job Summary

Our SAP service line is currently looking for industry-leadingSAP Basis professionals with hands-on experience. The applicants must have decent experience in administrating SAP applications (i.e. SAP Basis, Portal, BW, Netweaver, etc.).

You are required to have skills in the following areas :

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience working on SAP BASISOperations, Installations, Upgrades, and Migrations.
  • Ability to Install, configure, maintain and support diverse SAP Landscape (Like S4HANA, ECC, BW, BI, Solman, PO, SCM, etc)
  • Technically fluent in Operating System Windows & Linux) and good hands-on experience with HANA Database
  • Experience of performance tuning, System copies/Refreshes, client copies, Stack updates, etc.
  • Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems.
  • Experience with SAP infrastructure design likecompute, storage, and networking.
  • Experience in SAP Backup and Recovery.
  • Experience in SAP High Availability and Disaster Recovery architectures.
  • Provide technical expertise for resolving escalated issues. Participate in P1 issues calls & crisis resolution meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with functional teams on the integration and support of the SAP systems and new initiatives.
  • Able to prepare good technical documentation and customer presentations.
  • Participate in providing 24x7 support on a rotational basis to ensure the operations of these critical systems for different customers.
  • Flexibility in working all the shifts according to the requirement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, communicate task status clearly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to travel to customer sites is must (both in India and other countries)
  • Preferred to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
