What you should have:

• Overall 7years of experiencein IT consulting (client-facing preferred) focused on requirement gathering, project planning, business analysis, etc.
• Minimum of 4experience in Insurance operations and phases of software development, requirement analysis for clients within the Title Insurance, Life & Annuities, Property & Casualty, etc.
• Need expertise include agile implementation of Policy Administration system and Underwriting System.
• Experience in facilitating sessions for user requirements, Product Backlog Management, UAT, and digital solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative mindset that leverages structured and logical thinking
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Desire to work in a business and IT hybrid role, willingness, and ability to travel.
• Domain expertise and project management a plus but not a deal-breaker.
• MBA Preferred along with a minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering from an accredited university with a strong undergraduate academic record.

What you will do?

• You will be responsible for requirement gathering, take part in project planning, and will work as a bridge between business and the customer.
• Responsible for bridging the gap between client and the business using data analytics to assess processes determine requirements
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders same time assist in deal-breaking.
• Assist in Agile implementation of Policy Administration system and Underwriting System.
• Planning and instrumental in meeting project deadlines.
• You might work with data sets to improve products, hardware, tools, software, services, or process.
• Realistically set time estimates and evaluate the team or teams capabilities.
