You are required to have skills in the following.

  • Experience in Client Relationship Management: Acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, ensure understanding, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, timely manner.
  • Understanding of Order Fulfillment: Understand the client's requirement and liaison with Internal and Clientstakeholders to fulfill the client requirement.
  • Experience in VMO Process: End to end ownership of administrative VMO Process which includes, Statement of Work, Data coordination for QBR, and Monthly Governance meeting.
  • Invoicing Process: To coordinate with Internal Account and client Account payable Teams for timely Invoicing process.
  • Data Management: Working on Key Account Management Monthly, Quarterly Metrics and publishing it to the respective stakeholders. Updation of Internal tools and CRM.
