yellow.ai is looking for a seasoned Events & Community Manager to build our own in-house content property Envision . The focus of this property is to build thought leadership for yellow.ai across markets and help customers envision the Future of AI . This role will be a key driver in fostering the growth of yellow.ai s business and marketing practice and will work closely with the sales and partnership teams.In this role, you ll be responsible for planning events, webinars, podcasts, guest blogs, and special initiatives marketing activities, including the strategy, execution, and logistics of marketing programs that drive awareness, education, and most importantly an organic pipeline
Responsibilities
- Create Brand Events and engagement strategies across channels.
- Own conceptualization and execution of events across channels
- Drive quarterly MQL and pipeline goals.
- Work closely with sales, partnership leads to develop an impactful marketing program that effectively creates brand awareness, new pipeline, and influences existing deals across all segments
- Help build a community for ENVISION that is truly helping its community members envision the true impact of AI
- Contribute to and execute our events strategy across a variety of proprietary and 3rd party events.
- Engaging the community end to end i.e. before, during, and after the event.
- Coordinating with product, demand generation team for quality content and through distribution
- Execute a broad range of integrated field marketing programs including email nurture campaigns, webinars, events, and ABM campaigns to support sales objectives.
- Identify relevant external partners and work with them to curate specialized marketing programs for the best ROI
- Manage stakeholders both internal and external and deliver results in time
- Work and deliver on the ROI by working closely with other teams till business outcomes are achieved
- Keep an eye on our competition and industry best practices
- Own ideation and identification of external opportunities for the brand
- Run events as a distribution channel for other marketing campaigns as well
- Strategize, research, and put together a structure for events on the larger business goals
Requirements
- Experience leading and executing event participation/sponsorship contracts and then fulfilling the deliverables, including booth selection, lead retrieval, bag drops, advertisements, etc.
- Direct pre-event operations, including venue selection, budget creation, and forecasting, excellent contract negotiation, booth preparations, event staffing, signage creation, ordering collateral and promotional items, purchasing and shipping supplies, housing and travel coordination, on-site services, etc.
- Experience managing the multi-channel event experience to boost event engagement and return on investment, including email, direct mail, web, and social marketing programs
- Experience managing large scale events (ex-customer conferences), including planning, execution, and reportingStrong ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume event calendar
- Able to work in a complex, highly collaborative team environment
- Excellent written and spoken communication with the ability to write marketing collateral in multiple tones/voices as appropriate
- Superb organization skills and be deadline and schedule oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to be poised and effective during high-pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans
- Strong knowledge of the tradeshow industry and must-attend SaaS enterprise events
- Min 5 years of successful field marketing experience for B2B high tech, SaaS, and/or Cloud industry
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and event management platforms
- Travel: Approximately 1-2 events per quarterBachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
