Job Summary Job Descriptions :
Work as part of the Organisation CRM Admin team, undertake a series of changes and improvements.Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly assignments and mission set by management including.

Responsibilities:

    • User management, maintenance, licensing, system security, etc
    • Undertake business requests for creation or modifications of reports/dashboards
    • Provide remote support to CRM users located in Organisation's offices globally.
    • Remotely engage with different teams to ensure the data is accurate, up to date and allocated to the correct stage in Salesforce
    • Responsible for continuously optimising Salesforce by configuring setting up and improving the use of the platform whilst aligning to the businesses requirements
    • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for administration tasks.Work with the sales enablement function to maintain and update training documentation and provide training to system users
    • Creating and maintaining the documentation for registering common issues and resolution methods

Required Skills:

    • At least 3-6 years Salesforce support experience
    • User support experience Mandatory
    • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211)
    • Project coordination skills
    • Familiarity with SaaS business
