Job Responsibilities:

• Requirement understanding, Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
• High level design & effort estimation
• Ensure code and configuration is done to meet business process and application requirements with on time and quality results
• Project Management - Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting, team management

Requirements:

• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Candidate MUST HAVE 2 to 7 years of IT experience with 2 to 5 years in Salesforce Development
• Salesforce Customisation using Apex Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Batch, Web-services.
• Configuration using Validation Rules, Workflow, Approval process, Flows, Reports and Dashboards, User Management.
• Good understanding of SFDC best practices, governor limits, Security model is must.
