Job Description We are looking for a backend engineer who will embark on an exciting journey with us to grow our AI-powered CX automation business . This role demands building modular, testable, and reusable backend modules, contributes in all phases of the feature release cycle and contributes ideas on using latest technologies. Job Requirement Looking for candidates who have: Minimum 1+ Year of experience in software products. Design and architect technical solutions for the business problems of a large scale. Hands on experience in one or more programming language Java/Python/NodeJS/GoLang Very good understanding of Data Structure & Algorithm Good experience of working with databases like MongoDB/ElasticSearch/MySQL Good understanding of ML & NLP Write maintainable/scalable/efficient code. Work in a cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC. Follow coding standards, unit-testing, code reviews etc. Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
