Job Description Responsibilities: Develop and implement an effective content strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. Write and optimize content assets to improve search engine rankings and attract target audiences. Stay up-to-date and implement industry trends and SEO best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive. Write, edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand voice. Monitor and analyze website analytics and SEO performance to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities for differentiation. Work closely with the design team to enhance content with visuals, infographics, and other multimedia elements. Identify and propose content optimization opportunities, such as internal linking and content repurposing. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and content ideation to generate innovative and creative ideas. Job Requirement Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in similar roles in Conversational AI organizations/other relevant SaaS companies. Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. Impeccable English writing, editing and proofreading skills are non-negotiable. Demonstrated ability to write compelling and engaging content that drives organic traffic and conversions. Proficient in using SEO tools and analytics platforms to monitor and improve content performance. Knowledge of SaaS industry trends, terminology, and customer pain points. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
