Sr.manager-marketing Automation Job in Yellow Messenger

Responsibilites

• Help plan and implement campaigns, including the setup in mar-tech tools (emails, forms, landing pages, lists, drip campaigns, ads), testing, and measuring (Pardot experience preferred)
• Help develop and implement lead management automation, including grading, scoring, lead assignment, and notifications.
• Generate break-through analytical insights that drive significant email subscriber growth and response improvement.
• Provide Campaign performance analysis data and optimization proposals.
• Serve as an expert on email marketing best practices and educating other.
• Continuously leverage data to improve campaign performance.
• Nurture more than 50K quality enterprise leads through our sales funnel.
• Constantly A/B test to ensure we are providing personalized, one-to-one email notifications.
• Work alongside our trailblazing creative team to develop pertinent, individualized email content for customers.
• Leverage Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud platforms to deliver well-qualified leads to our sales teams

Required Skills

• 3-5 years experience with Pardot.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Deep knowledge of demand generation, marketing channels, and marketing metrics.
• Understanding of technical marketing.
• A great teammate and self-starter that is comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data-driven and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Bonus points: Efficiency in HTML, Java, design, or Photoshop
