Job Summary Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of 10 digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Provide guidance and support in the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

2. Digital Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and achieve business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative approaches into our digital marketing initiatives.

3. Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and meeting performance targets.
Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

4. Budget Management:

Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectivelyto maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

5. Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive and integrated digital marketing efforts.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign management.
