Job Summary
- Looking for smart sales manager in our organization.
- Candidate will be responsible for Handling Residential and commercial projects in Pune.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets of a project through booking new sales and timely payments.
- Generating references from various potential sources to achieve the target as per company policy.
- Design and monitor marketing campaign and events to generate new prospective leads.
- Coordinating and managing project launch through interfacing with multiple internal department.
- Managing the Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales and after market activities for the company with the help of cohesive team.
- Conducting and taking active participating in Exhibitions and Promotions of our residential projects.
- Handling clients queries.
- Controlling of back office staff to update records and financial transactions.
- Experience : 1 - 2 years
- Education : Any Graduate or MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Salary - No bar for the right candidate
