Experienced market research professional who can utilize their research and account management skills to work directly with end clients while managing a team of both senior and junior researchers at YouGov. You will typically serve as a point person as you oversee multiple connected and custom projects for clients across industries. You will play a critical role in ensuring success with clients in ways that grow and extend YouGov s business in India.
What will I be doing day to day?
- Work as part of a team to oversee and manage all aspects of connected and custom projects, from proposal/bid phase, to survey/screener development, field management, data processing, analysis, report writing, and presenting
- Work closely with clients, senior executives, additional team members, and internal departments / functions to manage project and overall client book of business outcomes
- Act as a responsive and trusted advisor/consultant to clients in the context of research projects, and generate strong client relationships and delivery skills that lead to repeat business from current clients or extensions of them, ideally leading to projects and relationships to primarily call your own
- Design and write connected and custom research reports with actionable insights and recommendations and present findings to our clients
- Take accountability for supervision and training your team
