Roles & Responsibilties :

A Cloud Support Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure for businesses. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth operation of cloud systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to users.

  • Managing and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure, including servers, databases, and applications.
  • Monitoring system performance, analyzing logs, and identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot application issues and ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing technical support to end-users, including resolving issues related to cloud-based applications, networks, and security.
  • Conducting regular security audits to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data stored in the cloud.
  • Developing and implementing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cloud computing technologies and trends to ensure that systems are optimized for performance and efficiency.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Trained Fresher or Prior experience in cloud computing or systems administration.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management tools such as Godaddy, Wiplon, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users, stakeholders, and development teams.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
