Roles & Responsibilties :
This position is responsible for providing software testing and validation services. The ideal candidate will be able to perform functional, regression and automation-testing using tools creatively to identify problems in software functionality. Responsibilities include conducting QA testing on enterprise grade software, providing expertise on troubleshooting errors, create/execute test plans, develop high coverage test cases, manage and organize test sets, provide detailed technical analysis, and advocate good software engineering practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage testing schedule and communicate testing progress.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases using test plans and functional specifications.
- Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan.
- Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data and data validation.
- Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Responsible for writing test scripts using selenium creating framework from scratch.
- Generating reports of the test cycle.
Requirements :
Experience
- Knowledge of Manual or Automation.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases using test plans and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of writing automation test scripts using Selenium.
- Candidate must be an individual player with minimum supervision
