  • Ex/Retired Government OAS officers or IAS officers(ready to take new assignment in skill sector)

  • Responsible for, creating and taking new assignments in skill development
  • Drafting new projects
  • Making new proposals
  • Signing Contracts for furthering the cause of skill training and employment for the youth
