Scrum Master Job in Ysquare Technology
Job Summary
- Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies, metrics and experience in managing multiple scrum teams and multiple projects.
- Own project delivery, deliverables with focus on First time right & quality SW development.
- Work closely with cross sub-systems & cross ART teams, playing a leadership role for the overall project/ program to success
- Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds team accountable for quality & timely deliverables
- Supports team in project planning by defining and estimating work breakdowns including defining of tasks
- Experience in Strong people management skills with proven experience in implementing software engineering best practice.
- Guiding and coaching the project team in technology as and when applicable.
- Good People management, Estimation, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills
