Job Summary
Designation: Manager - Research
No of Positions: 1
Work Location: Head Office, Mumbai
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 5-7 years.
- Requirement: Supervise research projects.To communicate with Team members and verify that all projects and tasks are on schedule. To ensure the information collected is shared with Management efficiently. To identify project goals, research methods, variables, and other test parameters. He/She will also choose how to collect data and offer recommendations on evaluating the project. Responsible to make research schedules to monitor the activities of research teams. During the research project, the manager will review gathered research and analyze various sets of data. Also, to Inteprete of data and writing of reports. Willing to travel extensively to anywhere in India (especially rural India) to conduct trainings, to coordinate and monitor evaluations on the field. He/ She should be able to adjust and work in tough field situations. Strong communication skills (written and oral) to effectively correspond with a diverse audience. This would require Proficiency in English + Hindi /Marathi. Attention to detail to effectively coordinate assessment, monitoring and evaluation processes.
