AVP Help Desk / End User Services Operations- In A Leading BPO In Hyde Job in ZTE Corporation

Graduate in any discipline with 10-14 yrs of experience and a Bachelors in Engineering and MBA will be preferredThe person must have had extensive experience in leading Help Desk, IT Infrastructure Management Organizations with minimum of 100 employees for at least 5 yearsThe person must possess at least 10 years of industry experience in the field of IT Consulting, ITES, BPO or Call Center Operations- THE CLIENTS WILL CONSIDER PEOPLE WORKING ABROAD AND WILLING TO RE-LOCATE TO INDIA-Strong understanding of Help Desk Processes and Metrics-Must have detailed Understanding of IT Infrastructure services in the space of Server, Network, Security Management, ITIL, COPC will be preferred-The Candidate must possess strong subject matter expertise in the field of Help Desk / Call Center Technologies like IVR, CTI, Knowledge Management, Self ServiceThe Candidate must have a Proven record of implementing Call Center Technology initiativesThe Candidate must have exposure to self help and self heal technologies in the space of Desktop Support / Help Desk will be a strong plusThe Candidate must have extensive experience in developing business cases and ROI models for Call Center Technology investmentsPMP certification desirable-Extensive experience in driving initiatives to standardize and improve Help Desk processes and metricsStellar people management experience with focus on people retention and career developmentStrong Program Management experience with experience in leading process transitionsAbility to work under pressure and strive in a fast paced environmentWilling to travel to US, Europe and China-Compensation will be Remunerative.-The candidate must be open to relocation to Hyderabad___________________________________________________________________Interested Applicants may apply to : [email protected] and can reach me on the contact number:- 011-41318014 (Direct)
