Service Support Engineer

Job Description

  • To manage the incoming ticket queries until resolution.
  • To coordinate with the clients and the field engineers.
  • To provide technical support to clients, if required.
  • To organize and schedule service calls across locations in India including remote locations.
  • To align and ensure appropriate field engineers for on time service calls.
  • To conduct quality checks of inwardinventory and accordingly make the report.
  • To prepare, maintain and update the data related to service calls and data of the engineers.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Require knowledge in computer hardware parts.
  • Fluent in English Communication
  • Experience for Installation/Support of Servers, Storages & Networking (DELL. HP. IBM, SUN etc) will be more preferable.
  • Experience to work on Advance Excel.

Qualification : Bachelor s degree in any field.
Work Experience : 1-2 years
Location: Mumbai
