Job Summary
Department: Engineering
- Immediate joining only.
- Minimum experience - 6 years.
- Establish and implement development framework for the technical team.
- Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options for development projects.
- Define, implement and measure software quality standards and code review mechanism for the software projects.
- Create/Review Project plan covering all project aspects and variables.
- Manage the project lifecycle with the objective of ensuring the adherence to schedule, cost and quality.
- Play a role of a mentor and provide direction to technical resources of the organization.
- Hands on experience in effective risk, change and quality management practices.
- Strong research, problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Hands on experience in designing solution and deployment architecture.
- Hands on experience in administering databases.
- Strong application scalability and performance tuning experience.
- Experience in Source Control system preferably GIT.
- Should have hands on experience on Docker/Container and Kubernetes.
- Hands on experience in configuring webservers, setting up reverse proxy and load balancing.
