Experience in Software IT is a must

Study projects in depth to understand customer feedback and suggest features for future phases

Observe and analyse customer behaviour for life products

Build relationships with key employees among clients

Create plans to address clients business needs

Advise clients on creating profitable processes

Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied

Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate

Provide client support and handle client communications effectively
