Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for the Security Systems installation and maintenance at client site and ensure they

Meet the overall client expectations and are in line with set standards of the Company.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform the Security system installations (Installation, termination and Commissioning)
  • Conduct testing on the installed Security systems to ensure that they are functioning as per the requirements and specification of the clients.
  • Respond to client maintenance requests and repair/replace equipment as and when needed in order to keep systems in working order under warranty period.
  • Coordinate with clients and Site Engineer for installation works.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks of Security system equipment to prevent any possible malfunctioning.
  • Contribute to the excellence of service delivery to internal/external clients in order to achieve company s overall mission.
  • Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
  • This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive. It does not preclude other responsibilities from being assigned and undertaken.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications & Certifications

  • ITI / ITC / Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or related field
  • Certification of Security System manufacturers

Experience

  • Minimum Two (2) years of experience in Security Systems installation, programming, testing and commissioning.

KPAs

  • Accuracy of installations
  • Maintenance of installations
  • Speed and accuracy of response to queries and issues internally and externally
  • External customer service satisfaction

Skills

  • Knowledge of security systems and technologies (CCTV, Access Control, Security Alarms etc.)
  • Knowledge of installation and cabling requirements
  • Understanding of the Security systems methodologies and equipment
  • Communication skills
Experience Required :

Minimum 2 Years
