Job Responsibilities:
Keeping the team focused on the project and moving toward reaching its goal.
Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and directions for team members to follow
To act as a problem solver in a project
To review the team performance during the project
To recognize their project team members & ensure the team should get their due rewards.
To attend meetings with other leaders.
To develop and present progress reports regarding projects theyre working on
Testing product prototypes
Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member.
Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members
Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued.
Maintain frequent communication to project managers & cross-department team members
Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
