Job Responsibilities
- Keeping the team focused on the project and moving toward to reach its goal
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and direction for team members to follow
- To act as a problem solver in a project
- To review the team performance during the project
- To recognise the efforts of their project team members & ensure the team should get their due rewards
- To attend meetings with other leaders
- To develop and present progress reports regarding projects they re working on
- Testing product prototypes
- Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
- Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on-boarding and training of team members
- Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
- Maintain frequent communication to project managers & cross department team members
- Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
