Job Responsibilities

  • Keeping the team focused on the project and moving toward to reach its goal
  • Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and direction for team members to follow
  • To act as a problem solver in a project
  • To review the team performance during the project
  • To recognise the efforts of their project team members & ensure the team should get their due rewards
  • To attend meetings with other leaders
  • To develop and present progress reports regarding projects they re working on
  • Testing product prototypes
  • Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
  • Develop team schedules and assist in the successful on-boarding and training of team members
  • Offer emotional support to project team members and make people feel valued
  • Maintain frequent communication to project managers & cross department team members
  • Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps
