The candidate would play a key role in the Information Security leadership team of the organization and would have the opportunity to contribute in every face of IT Risk/Security management with core competency being in the area of Information/Cyber Securityincluding risk assessment and security policy and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

Minimum 10 years relevant experience with exposure to latest threats/solutions in information security and cyber security space. Managing Information Security for mission critical organizations preferably in Fintech industry. Experience in design and development of policies /procedures guidelines. Experience in all stages of Cyber security like protection, detection, response & Recovery etc. Experience in projects involving RFP, evaluation, implementations etc, Vendor management, Contract management. Should be well versed in Ethical hacking, usage of Linux OS (especially SE Linux). Must have worked in design and testing of various authentication modules, security systems and IAMs. Should be well aware and be hands on with Pen-testing on distributed networks. Should have a decent idea of AWS and Azure cloud and on security monitoring/ configuration of cloud platforms.
CISA and ISO27001 Lead Auditor certifications are preferred.
Experience as a Whitehat Hacker with awards in bug bounty programs will be an advantage.

Key Skills:

Managing Information Security for mission critical organizations preferably in a Fintech organization.
Interaction with senior executives/ Directors of the Board etc in a formal environment.
Excellent communication skills both orally and written. Ability to take a presentation to others if need be.
Hands on technical skills, ability to maintain, monitor and mentor own team members. Must have an urge to learn new things.
Should be able to work in a team.
Should be technically sound in Linux/Unix, Network Protocols, Security Protocols, Standards and Compliance needed in the Fintech Industry.

Should be aware of various attacks and vectors, updated about the modes of attacks.
Should know how to implement security patches and patch management both from technical and policy angles.

Qualification:

Bachelor of Engineering (optional)
Relevant certifications like CISA, IS27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, CEH, etc
