About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our in-house team. You will be the visual storyteller responsible for creating stunning graphics and compelling video content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a one-person creative powerhouse who can take a concept from ideation to final execution, maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design:

• Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, stories, ads, website banners, emailers) and print collateral (brochures, flyers, presentations).
• Create logos, icons, infographics, and marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all company assets.
• Prepare final design files for print and digital publication.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook), websites, and promotional campaigns.
• Incorporate motion graphics, text animations, sound, color correction, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Create short-form and long-form video content, including explainer videos, testimonials, ads, and event highlights.
• Optimize video content for different platforms and formats.

General:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to delivery, while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and video editing techniques.
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience of 0-1 years as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must: Primarily CorelDRAW,Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video editing.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Experience in creating content for social media platforms and understanding their specific requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred (Good to Have):

• Basic knowledge of cinematography and photography.
• Experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with other tools like Figma, Canva, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
