Job Summary

  • Responsible for Building Maintenance: AMCs, Service Contracts , Vendor Sourcing and
  • Organizing Events: Culminating Activities, PTMs,
  • Preparing Budget and maintain MIS vis vis Budgets for the entire
  • Handling Statutory Compliances as required for the
  • Managing Field trips: Prepare the Costing, arranging the travel, snacks food and first
  • Handling travel arrangement and accommodation for teachers attending workshops and
  • Responsible for analyzing Water Testing report from
  • Responsible for Facility Management Services Soft Services such as Housekeeping, Security, Pest Control, Carpentry, Plumbing etc.
  • Responsible for Technical Maintenance such as HVAC, Electrical, Lift, Swimming Pool, DG, UPS, RO, Swimming Pool, Panel etc
  • Responsible for Office Support Services such as School Transport Services, Cafeteria / Kitchen, (analyzing Food Testing report), Front Office, Communication, Insurance
  • Conduct weekly meeting with Admin Team and Internal Customers for Tracking the admin related activities
  • Vendor Finalization, Verified bills and finalization for payments
  • R&M, Stock Audit/Holding.
  • Manage receipt and/or monitor receipt of goods and services and prepare regular reports MIS of the Participate in Contract review Committees.
  • Mentoring a team of 9-10
  • Assisting in the preparation of CAPEX/OPEX &provision
  • Providing operations& maintenance
