Our client is a Mid Sized Manufacturing organization having multiple businesses and offices in India and overseas. They are looking for a Sr. Manager/ AGM Operations (Coil Springs) for their organization to join them as soon as possible. To qualify for these positions you should: Be a B.E/ B.tech Have around 8 to 20 years of experience of managing operations, manufacturing & support functions in Engineering organization. Have atleast 3 years of experience of working in Coil Springs (MUST HAVE) Have experience in Resource Planning, Production Management, Vendor Management, Have experience in Managing Quality processes & KAIZEN, 5S,etc. Have experience in setting up system/ process & ensure it is been followed effectively Have good experience in Managing a Team and interacting with Customers Must be a person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature. Be currently from Mumbai/Thane/KDMC region or willing to relocate.
