Young Head Manufacturing (strategist) Needed For A Mid Sized Food/nutraceuticals Organization Job in Zend Consulting Services

Hello ! I represent an established Executive Search services firm. We have been mandated by our clients to search for a Head of Manufacturing for their Operations in North India. The position will report in to the CEO and is located in Gurgaon. Our clients is a mid-sized organization in the domain of manufacturing Nutraceuticals, Vitamins, Wellness & Body Building foods & Supplements. They are a well funded organization and have a manufacturing unit in Baddi and several outsourced units in other locations. The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Engineering (Premier colleges preferred) At least 14+ years of experience in the Manufacturing domain At least 2 years of experience in heading operations of a manufacturing unit A good experience in Procurement, SCM, Warehousing etc A good experience in Manufacturing processes, Plant Operations etc Have good experience in Audits, QA, Worker management, Contract Mfg management etc Preferably have experience in the Food, Beverages, Vitamins, Supplements industry A Young dynamic strategist and a problem solver is preferred Have great communication and presentation skills Be ready to relocate to Gurgaon
